Planning information, not a guarantee
Gardiv provides general educational planning estimates. It does not guarantee germination, survival, maturity, harvest quantity, grocery savings, plant health, transplant success, weather, or fitness for a specific site. Verify current conditions, product labels, and local authoritative guidance before acting.
No pesticide or medical instruction
Gardiv does not provide pesticide dosage, application, safety, nutrition, or health advice. Follow the legal product label and authoritative local guidance.
Acceptable use
You may use the public tools and generated plans for personal, household, school, or community-garden planning. You may not disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, misuse checkout, resell license codes, scrape the site in a way that degrades service, or misrepresent Gardiv data as guaranteed or official government guidance.
Export Pass
The Export Pass is a one-time license for the purchaser’s reasonable personal use. It is not an account, subscription, or promise of perpetual hosting. Gardiv may validate a license periodically, revoke refunded or disputed entitlements, and update export formats. Aggressive device activation limits are not imposed at launch.
Refunds
Before production launch, the owner must choose and publish a refund window consistent with the selected Stripe mode, product delivery, and applicable law. Refund and dispute events revoke the entitlement after any short offline validation grace expires.
Third-party services and links
Stripe, analytics providers, affiliate merchants, and external authorities have independent terms and availability. Gardiv is not responsible for third-party sites, inventory, prices, or claims.
Availability and changes
Gardiv may correct data, alter free or paid features, suspend commerce, or discontinue the service. Locally generated exports and backups are the purchaser’s responsibility. Questions may be sent to hello@gardiv.com.
